Lights

As usual I start with my favorite photo! My little animals probably should have found their way to a stable to graze.
Funny how 2 pictures can tell such different stories. We had to take a traditional pic in front of the temple. I figure we won't be here much longer, so it is now or never to embrace the local culture. Beautiful view!
We saw alot of of the international nativities, they are beautiful. We found this one from New Zealand. I especially liked this one because I know a bit of the culture, like the Kiwi bird by Heather's shoulder is the national bird of NZ. And notice the sheep... NZ is know for their bazillion sheep. Also the traditional Mauri dress & hut. Anyone up for a trip...
We went to temple square to enjoy the beautiful lights before it gets too cold, and to see Aly's friend in a concert. But we had a bonus, the Pettit boys were in the same concert! Fun to see all the talented kids

We were going to go there tonight for family night, but now I think we may wait until I've mastered the crutches. They aren't as easy as I thought they'd be!

Were you there on Saturday night?! Our family walked through there Saturday evening after we went to the Body Worlds exhibit, I'm surprised we didn't run into each other :) Gotta love the crowds, but they are definately outweighed by the beautiful lights.

That top photo is also my favorite! And I'm up for a trip to NZ any time. You'd make an excellent tour guide!
