Spud Harvest & Apple Picking

We arrived in Idaho just in time for fall and in Idaho that means it is time to harvest the potatoes. After each field has been harvested for what ever reason lots of harvested potatoes are left on the ground. So each year the locals go out and gleen the fields.
Uncle Matt & Aunt Sheila took Aly & Heather to pick potatoes with them.

Heather with some of the loot. It is super yummy to eat fresh potatoes!

Picking spudsYeah for fresh apples! We were also able to pick apples at a friend of Uncle Matt's. Aunt Sheila & Uncle Matt thanks for putting my kids to work! They loved it!

Holy posts woman! Welcome back to the cold wintery states! I am missing PR and I've never even been there! I hope your health problems are improving quickly. Loves to your family.
