YUMMO, I am serious

Some of the ladies from Camino(our neighborhood) wanted to do lunch so we went to a place that served local Puertican food. We went to Dorado. This is a city I mention often because it is next door to Toa Baja where we live and we love Dorado.
Holly's plate is in the front with the grape soda. She has not only beans and & rice but yucca(right side of plate, grayish color, a root vegetable) and mofongo ( left side of plate smashed fried plantain) My plate is in the back chuck full of 3 different kinds of beans & rice! YUM!!! I love love love beans and rice. This lunch was delish! Thanks Tally for the Mofongo
Cute Tally & Holly
The drive home from Dorado.
Both Toa Baja and Dorado are right along the coast. It is a beautiful drive.
This spot on the left reminded Becky, Holly, & I of the book "Where The Wild Things Are"
