Halloween

We were able to attend Dave & Annette's annual Halloween party this year. We always seem to be too far away, but not this year. The theme was vampires and D & A had the best costumes. Annette was Jane from Twilight, and Dave didn't claim any specific Vampire, but I would put him with Garret the patriot/revolutionary. The party was complete with 3 fire pits, yummy food, and a ball pit for the kids. So glad we finally made it!
Dave & Annette
Aly... arrrrrrrg
Big thank you to Grandma Ann! It fit perfectly and she loved it!
Heather dressed as Cleopatra, she didn't even know who Cleopatra was until after she had choosen the costume.
Aly filled Heather in on the story, she said she read it in a book. Who knew!
Mike dressed as a Referee. The other guy is Chad, Annette's brother in-lawIsn't part of the Halloween fun trading candy after trick-or-treating. Aly & Heather were spinning their candy back and forth to each other to trade.
About 2 weeks ago we carved pumpkins. I would show you the finished products, but now they are covered in black mold and in the dumpster.
The girls wanted to try pumpkin seeds, so I cleaned them up and baked them.
We decided they tasted like popcorn.

I just realized that I didn't carve a pumpkin this year! WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME???
Yours were super cute though.
And I love little Cleopatra. Glad she found a costume that worked! Tell her that I was Cleopatra a few years ago- remember that?

Where is YOUR costume Alicia?!!!

Hey Alicia. You get the golden mom award for the year for roasting up those seeds.

I LOVE the costumes for everyone! I especially loved the nerd alert post.

Randy was also a vampire for Halloween. He just answered the door half naked since that's what all the vampires in movies do. He's hot.
