School's out!!!

School's out!!!
Hallelujah!
We made it through another school year relatively unscathed. It was a year full of projects with Aly and reading with Heather. The girls had amazing teachers! We were very blessed. Each year I am learning more the value of a dedicated, kind, and excited teacher, who love what they do!
Because we moved, the girls will no longer attend Cobblestone Elementary. We have loved the teachers & friends we have here. Gratefully we can take the friends with us!
Heather & Mrs. Okusako
2nd grade
Aly & Ms. Prekeges
4th gradeThe girls both absolutely adored their teachers, and so did I!

A quick shout out to Aly!!!
Thanks for working so hard this year! I know you struggled with a few things, but you fought your way through! We are proud of you!
Of course we had to celebrate the last day of school with a party! I told the girls they could invite whoever they wanted... and they did!!!After I took this picture 3 or 4 more girls showed! 20 girls was a lot of girls in one house, but we survived. Next time I will pay closer attention to how many kids A & H are inviting!

The girls were all so excited about the last day of school we had a game night, Freeze Tag, Red Rover, "I like my neighbors who...," along with all the screaming and girl talk I could handle.

I just want to make a quick note about Red Rover... that game is deadly! Girls were clothes lining themselves and getting knocked flat on their back then would hop up and laugh about it. The natural sense of self preservation was no where to be seen.

woohoo for summer!!! Congrats to Alli and Heather. I am glad you had so much fun. I was just thinking how did I make it through red rover without breaking anything?
