Feed my starving children

Feed my starving children is an amazing Christian organization that feeds starving children around the world.  They have it down to a smooth operation!  Completely organized, I was in heaven!  We filled pouches with dried veggies, chicken flavoring, soy, & rice.  Each of these items went through a funnel into the bag, that were then weighed, sealed, and boxed.  We went with our friends the Santos.

In this pic Heather & Collin are scooping the food, Autumn is catching it as it comes through the funnel into her bag, I am making nice with the scale, while Aly & Angela are packaging.

Heather refers to herself as a "neat freak" these days and took no exception here.
Cahoon Family, Heather was a little bitter the whole night about her hairnet.

This was a site visit, they travel anywhere someone will host & provide volunteers!  They are based out of Minnesota.

Heather- the hair net is completely becoming on you! In fact, everyone else looks totally lame- but YOU- you rock it! :)

How fun it is to serve! A wonderful reminder that the world is so much greater than us. We can do our part.

Well done Cahoons!
