What kind of note do you send the band teacher who encourages your kid to try out for the tuba? Aly did play the easy to transport, easy to store, quiet, less gigantic flute, until yesterday. Now she plays the tuba, and she could not be more excited. As I sit here listening to Aly practice the beautiful tuba, my note is writing itself in my head and goes something like this...
Dear Ms. Adams, ARE YOU CRAZY?!?!?! Have I offended you in some way? Did I run over your cat?...
Yet my girl loves it and smiles and is actually practicing without being asked or told to do so. So here we go, bring on the tuba! It is going to be an awesome year!

TUBA! Love it! Just get Heather to pick up the flute and they could do a Tuba/Flute Duet! Haha!

That's awesome! We have 2 clarinets and one percussionist so I know what you mean about noise!
