A couple weeks after Heather's birthday party we took all the shoes she had collected and went to down town Sac to deliver the shoes. Heather chose to give the shoes to an elementary school, rather than a shelter. We delivered the shoes to the principal who was extremely grateful. As we walked away Heather said that was so quick! I asked what she meant and she told me she thought the principal would make us sit & chat for an hour! I asked why she thought that and she said, "that is just what principal's do." So funny! We are so proud Heather and the kind choices she makes!!!
We are so blessed to have Heather's example in our home.
