The end of November brought an exciting change for me. I was offered a job with "The Sewing Ladies." That is what I call them anyway. A dear friend moved out of state and left an opening in her business. As intimidated as I was to learn to sew, it is going great! That is right I was offered the job & had no sewing skills. I really sew very little. We make water proof camera covers. I serge each bag and then the bag moves through an assembly line I do help to sew tabs on the bags. So I have learned how to use a machine, but little else. The majority of my job is trimming all the threads off the bags. The women I work with are wonderful & so much fun. I get to work 2 days a week, just when the girls are in school. This job is a huge blessing!!!
Me with the serger, I have affecionately named Harry because it makes such a mess.

If you are interested you can check out the camera covers HERE. After a couple months sewing I had to say good bye to My Vinyl Designer. I've been very blessed to work for Deb & Michelle the last 4 years. So grateful for this new opportunity, the ladies & the sweat shop we work in!!!
