I don't know how we got here... but here we are! Aly is officially a TEENAGER! Oh how we love this little lady! I feel like I am present but she is so grown up I think I missed something. Aly is responsible, kind, smart, funny, & sassy when appropriate and when not appropriate. She is darling!
For Aly's big day her first gift was a little make up. She I went to the mall to experience the make up counter and the treat of someone else doing you make up. Sweet Aly couldn't stop smiling.
Aly also received contacts, but didn't get to start wearing them for a couple months.
Dinner was yummo...
But dessert was completely memorable & delicious! We went to Leatherby's for ice cream. When they brought Aly her ice cream sundae they asked her to stand on her chair while the entire restaurant sang to her. She was mortified & we loved it!
After a wonderful day we continued the celebration with the first thing she wanted to do as a teenager... watch the PG-13 Harry Potter movies. FINALLY...she has been waiting since 4th grade for this moment!
