Growing up Aunt Sheila always brought us Easter basket cupcakes the night before Easter. I have such fun memories of receiving these special baskets that I have carried the tradition on with my girls. We do all the baking and then form an assembly line to frost and decorate the cupcakes. Sunday afternoon we delivered about 20 plates of baskets to our friends around Rocklin.
