Time Out!

Early September the girls and I went to Time Out for Women/Girls.  We had an awesome time!  The speakers & music were so great!  We also enjoyed not driving home by staying in the hotel across the street from the convention center...PAR TAY!!!

Sheri Dew spoke Friday night.   I enjoyed listening to her speak and so in TOFW fashion I wanted a picture with her.  Usually the speakers come out after and will chat with everyone You can get in line to meet/take a picture.  Well, Sheri didn't really want to do this.  After awhile she finally came out but wouldn't slow down for pictures.  She was shaking hands as fast as she could not wanting to linger.  I wanted a picture with her!  So while she was shaking someones hand I snuck a picture with her.  Yep!  Sorry Sheri Dew, not your best picture!  Realizing how unflattering the picture was of Sheri I waited until all the hands were shook and then hurried up to her.  "Sherri, I snapped a quick picture of you, and you look terrible.  This is your chance to take a good picture with me if you like."  She agreed!  As we turned to take the picture I realized what I had just said to Sheri Dew and started to blush and feel kinda stupid, because REALLY... who talks to Sheri Dew like that???

Saturday morning, bright & early these girls excited for the day ahead!

There are not words to describe Heather's excitement for Madelyn Paige.  Madelyn is a young talented singer who Heather fell in love with!  The squealing, bouncing, giggles, and joy that came out of Heather after meeting Madelyn 3 times was so great to watch!

Dreams really do come true!

Being the responsible Mother & Mormon that I am...  We by passed the long long lunch lines at the pizza joint, sandwich shop, and burrito bar and went straight for the Irish pub around the corner!  No wait, No line!  The establishment was just waiting to serve us lunch!  Best Mac n Cheese ever!

So happy I had Jacille to attend TOFW with!   

More than just my favorite Lamanite, Jacille is a true friend!  Lucky ME!
