Aly ready for 2nd grade & the bus 
Aly after school, just a bit tired but very happy!
Alyson started 2nd grade on today...she is soooo excited! It is exciting to see her so thrilled to start a new year and make new friends. Her Mom really appreciates how independent she is becoming...getting up with little fuss, dressed, combing hair and brushing teeth. She picked out her own outfit last night and was up and ready in no time.
Last night we had a good Family Night...Mom conducted, lesson by Dad, treats by Heather and activity by Aly. Heather is on an Oreo cookie fix these days...we have been making Oreo shakes and now Rice Crispy treats with Oreos on top. The girls also have discovered freeze tag. Living in the Village is great because we have a big play ground right out the front door. We played several rounds of freeze tags with friends and neighbors until it was bed time.

Yo Yo the peace sign Aly is sporting is actually #2 as in 2nd grade, but yeah I saw the similarites aswell!
