Spring Break...Road Trip

We love Spring Break!!!  Each year we try to do something and this year was the best!!
We saw the Redwoods, a first time for us girls. Then enjoyed a week in Portland with my brother Rob and his beautiful wife Julie & daughter Kylie.  We even got to see Holly and her 3 kids.  It was a great week!!!

Below is Mike's very wordy and descriptive day by day activity list.
Day 1 - drive to Eureka, dinner on boardwalk at sunset and walk around shops with hot cocoa
Day 2 - breakfast at McDonald's, 1st beach, lady bird Johnson grove trail, Klamath stop to drive through the tree 3 times, lunch with Shrek bathroom, gift shop stop, big foot/slap rule, coastal drive and lookout, talking Paul Bunyan and babe (tree's of mystery), walk along coast and beach play, drive through Crescent city to Grants pass
Day 3 - drive to Gresham, babysit for hours
Day 4 - VooDoo Donuts, OMSI, food carts downtown, walk to Pioneer Courthouse Square, Council Crest (see 5 local peaks), Costco, home
Day 5 - Multnomah Falls lodge and bridge, 2nd water fall, fish hatchery, feeding trout and 11 feet sturgeon, fish ladder, lunch, drive to hood river town, drive up Mt Hood to timberline lodge (all wood), I candy, home
Day 6 - Heather' birthday, brunch at Pine State Biscuits, Pittock mansion tour, Big Al's video games, Ground Kontrol arcade (starwars), Costco, birthday cheese cake
Day 7 - up early and drive home, saw Mt Shasta
